Penta Investments sells TES Vsetin and MEZservis

Penta Investments, a Central European investment group, has concluded an agreement concerning the sale of a 100% share in TES Vsetín and MEZservis (the TES Group) to Advent International, a private equity company. The transaction is subject to approval of the anti-monopoly offices in the Czech Republic and Germany. Both parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.

AXA Private Equity Sells German Window Maker Gealan to Halder

AXA Private Equity has ended its six-year relationship with Germany's Gealan, by selling the window maker to Halder, a subsidiary of Belgium's Gimv. The minority shares currently held by Gealan management and board members will remain in their possession once the sale is complete. Under AXA's guidance, Gealan increased turnover, despite the economic crisis which has loomed over the world's economies.

BaltCap Acquires More Than 90% of Kelprojektas' Total Shares

Baltic region venture capital firm BaltCap has announced an investment which gives it a controlling interest in Kelprojektas, a Lithuanian engineering company. More than 90% of Kelprojektas' total shares were acquired by the BaltCap Private Equity Fund from the company's former shareholders. Those former shareholders included an unnamed financial investor and two separate road construction companies.
