Warsaw-based MAVIT Medical Center has attracted new equity funding in order to help finance its expansion plans, including a new ophthalmology ward at their Katowice hospital. Providing the new funding is Resource Partners, who made a point of stating how they were impressed with MAVIT management and the quality of service the hospital provides. Resource Partners' equity investment amounts to a 30% stake in Centrum Medyczne MAVIT Sp. z o.o., which will continue to operate as usual.
